DR. MAXWELL BOAKYE – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Maxwell Boakye affectionately referred to as Max-Palasco is a visionary entrepreneur, astute businessman and philanthropist dedicated to making positive impact.
He is passionate and dedicated to driving a positive change through the Gold sector in Ghana with unwavering commitment to maximize the value derived from Max-Palasco Gold Limited’s resources while propelling the company’s transition into a sustainable and prosperous future.
With over eight (8) years of experience as a Gold Buyer in Ghana he successfully founded and led Max-Palasco Gold Enterprise which has successfully been nursed and fully licensed operating currently as Max-Palasco Gold Limited Company to its current progressive trajectory – as a frontier and a household name; driving innovation, strategies for growth and expansion.
Maxwell is a supporter of youth programs and he is currently a board member of Medeama Football Club in Ghana. Also, he has served as board member of Samatex Football Club.
Maxwell has over 15 years of diversified business experience to draw immense depth of knowledge to overcome challenges in any endeavor.

Stephen Kwesi Quansah popularly referred to as man Pekay is the Managing Director of *Max Palasco Gold Limited*, where he is renowned for his innovative leadership and problem-solving abilities. With a strong passion for tackling work challenges, Stephen consistently drives operational excellence and delivers strategic solutions to meet organizational goals.
Stephen values continuous improvement and has a proactive approach to personal and professional development, including enhancing his communication skills to foster collaboration and business growth. He has come on board with an outstanding ability and understanding of the Petroleum downstream sector driven by intrinsic motivation to create and deliver to ensure the company chart new business pathways using dynamic business strategies other the tradition business models to steer the evolving and challenging sector. He has experience in helping to set up and managing various aspects of gold buying and gold export companies in Ghana.
Prior to joining Max Palasco Gold Limited Company, Stephen has worked as a Manager with Deeper Nyame Limited Company, AGB Limited Company and by dent of hard work and rose to become Managing Director to lead Carls Group; gold exporting company in Ghana.
He has pioneered prudent management policies tailored for effecting trading in gold, championed effective monitoring and supervision strategies to minimize loses, innovative HSE policies to protect lives and properties. He has over 14 years diversified of industry experience and is confident about the near future prospects of Max Palasco Gold Limited Company.
RAPHAEL KWAKU OWUSU-AGYEMANG, ESQ.
Director
Raphael Owusu-Agyemang was called to the Ghana Bar in the year 2012 and joined K. Archy & Company in the same year. He has risen through the ranks of the firm to the position of Managing Partner, providing exceptional technical and administrative leadership for the firm. As a Senior Lawyer, Raphael leads the litigation and corporate departments of the firm. He has gained repute as a result of the success chalked over the years in some landmark cases, some of which are reported in the Law Reports of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
As a Senior Lawyer, Raphael Owusu-Agyemang brings on board a strong leadership ability to Max Palasco Gold Limited as Legal Officer providing cutting-edge legal advisory solutions to myriad of legal issues
Raphael Owusu-Agyemang's professional practice is incisive, detailed, and precise. He is a stickler for the upholding of legal ethics in the delivery of service, and in this regard, oversees the firm’s strict quality control measures with practical interventions as bi-monthly case reviews, peer reviews of cases amongst others.
Ralphael Owusu-Agyemang’s core practice areas include constitutional and administrative law, commercial law, insurance, labor and industrial law, procurement law, intellectual property, land and property law, and corporate law with particular skills in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, international trade and investments and corporate advisory.
He has also successfully represented several clients at the Commission of Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), National Labour Commission (NLC), and other forums for alternative dispute resolution.
His competence in Legal research, legal writing, and depth of understanding and application of the law enriches the Max Palasco Gold Limited Company’s team with the requisite technical competence to handle diverse responsibilities. He presents a formidable team with sound support systems capable of meeting legal challenges and diverse tasks.
